    The Role

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The role of the Sales Coordinator is to provide support to the Sales organization by focusing on sales documentation, procedures, managing departmental requests and project management for numerous sales related activities, projects and initiatives. This role will also assist in reporting on competitive and market research supporting the company’s long term growth and development.


    What We Expect: 

    • Assist with monitoring of sales initiatives, ensuring sales team compliance with company priorities.
    • Assist with the creation and launch of various sales initiatives and special projects.
    • Track and follow-up on sales team requests, trainings and other initiatives, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project completion.
    • Research prospective clients/areas to provide useful information to sales team members.
    • Gather client and competitive data and report on pricing, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
    • Review SalesForce data to ensure all records are current and accurate.
    • Assist in creating, formatting and reviewing PowerPoint presentations for Sales department.
    • Assist in the preparation of training materials.
    • Coordinate departmental schedules and timelines, and maintain all sales forms and procedures.
    • Work with sales leadership to develop documented processes and procedures to ensure consistency throughout the global sales organization.
    • Work cross-functionally to identify reporting solutions for sales initiatives.


    What We Are Looking For: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree required. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 
    • 2-5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; ideally in a sales support role.
    • Strong ability to research and prepare findings in a concise format for use by sales team
    • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
    • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
    • Willingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours according to business needs
    • Systems experience with SalesForce, Excel, Power Point, CRMs, Qlikview/reporting dashboards
