    Responsibilities

    The Role

    We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Lenexa, KS.  The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key figure in supporting the development and growth of the overall digital strategy of the organization. As a performance driven analyst, the Digital Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in making sure that digital marketing decisions are backed by sound data and are properly tested. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of strategic digital campaigns, gathering and analyzing data, defining metrics, testing, reporting, and making recommendations based on the data.

    The individual in this position will work closely with the digital marketing team, key stakeholders, and outside partners in a hands-on capacity to implement the overall digital strategy in the areas of SEO, SEM, paid social and display marketing, web development, digital partner management, outbound email marketing, and digital analytics reporting.

    What We Expect: 

    •  Help set digestible performance indicators for SEO and paid search that complement overall marketing and business objectives.
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
    • Work with team to build/support systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms (website, mobile, social, video, blog, retailer portal, etc).
    • Collaborate with internal teams, content marketers and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
    • Implement, monitor, optimize and maintain all paid search (SEM) campaigns.
    • Advise on - and create content for - product pages, brand information pages, landing pages and campaign ad copy around relevant terms.
    • Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders that contain recommendations based on reporting analysis.
    • Work with key stakeholders to determine new needs and wishes for the continued evolution of the brand sites.
    • Manage new development and maintenance of brand sites with outside developers.
    • Work with appropriate internal and external teams to manage digital content creation, such as product copy and photography, graphics, and video.
    • Coordination, entry, and publishing of new content to brand sites through web CMS.
    • Monitor, generate, and interpret web analytics reports and analysis across all channels.
    • Collaborate with various business areas and provide digital insights into product performance, site activity and customer behavior
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on insights generated from analysis.
    • Monitor dashboard reporting from multiple measurement tools on a daily basis.
    • Analyze industry programs, trends and web behaviors to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Work with team to execute quantitative and qualitative A/B testing on the site to improve user experience and increase marketing efficiencies.
    • Implement, monitor, optimize and maintain all paid social campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to create high-quality content that represents the current collection’s tone, utilizes social media best practices and data-driven trends on social networks.

    Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For: 

    •  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
    • Minimum 2-4 years of digital marketing experience required.
    • Experience executing, monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaigns. Ideal candidate would have exposure to SEO, Email, Paid Social, and SEM.
    • Minimum 1 year experience with Wordpress CMS and basic HTML.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
    • Proficient with G Suite – specifically Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
    • Team-focused with ability to work autonomously as needed.
    • Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement.
    • Procedure and process oriented with the ability to work within departmental projects and timelines.
    • Google Adwords and Analytics certifications are preferred.
