    The Role

    We are growing and looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Marketing team in our Lenexa, KS location.  This role is a key figure in supporting the development and growth of the overall digital strategy of the retailer relationship program of the organization. As a performance driven analyst, the Account Coordinator plays a vital role in making sure that digital marketing decisions are backed by sound data and are properly tested for retail stores. The Account Coordinator will support the execution of strategic digital campaigns, gathering and analyzing data, defining metrics, testing, reporting, and making recommendations based on the data to stores.

    What We Expect:


    The individual in this position will work closely with the digital marketing team, key stakeholders, and outside partners to support the overall digital strategy in the areas of SEO, SEM, paid social and display marketing, social content, web development, and digital analytics reporting with a client-first approach.  The Account Coordinator supports and collaborates with the Account Manager and Marketing team to:

    • Gain an understanding of the bridal industry.
    • Advise on digital best practices and provide recommendations based on teams’ findings.
    • Build collaborative relationships and conduct monthly meetings on success of the campaigns.
    • Meet regularly with clients in collaboration with the product owners and document plans in Salesforce.
    • Create and manage plans for digital booth event needs.
    • Work with teams to promote activities (both offsite and onsite) and interactions that build ranking, authority and traffic.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, content marketers and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
    • Project manage the implementation and optimization of all paid search (SEM) campaigns.
    • Advise on content with the digital team for website pages including landing pages and campaign ad copy around relevant terms.
    • Provide monthly reports for key stakeholders that contain recommendations based on reporting analysis.
    • Work with the team on executing tests, collect and analyze data and identify trends and insights that work towards maximum ROI in paid social campaigns.
    • Routinely perform web analytics reports and analysis across all channels.
    • Work with the digital team to implement Google Analytics tagging, campaign tracking and call tracking on retailer sites.
    • Coordination of the entry, and publishing of new content to brand sites through retailer sites CMS (WordPress).
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and make strategic recommendations based on this knowledge.


    What We Are Looking For: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of digital marketing or sales account experience required; previous bridal industry experience a plus.
    • Experience executing, monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaigns. Ideal candidate would have exposure to SEO, Paid Social, and SEM.
    • Experience with Wordpress CMS and basic HTML.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
    • Proficient with G Suite – specifically Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
    • Team-focused with ability to work autonomously as needed.
    • Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement.
    • Procedure and process oriented with the ability to work within departmental projects and timelines.
    • Authority to act as subject matter expert - both internally and externally.
    • Google Analytics and Adwords certifications are preferred.
