The Role

We are looking for a Web Product Specialist to join our growing Marketing Technology team in Lenexa, KS.  This person will be a key figure in supporting the development and growth of the overall digital and website strategy for the organization. As a performance-driven strategist, the Web Product Specialist will be responsible for the oversight of a cohesive website strategy, using site and industry data to back strategic website recommendations, leading web projects from pitch through final testing and deployment.

The individual in this position will work closely with the digital marketing and web development teams, key stakeholders, and outside partners in a hands-on capacity to implement the overall web strategy for internal and external sites.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, quantify business impact and business cases for new capabilities as well as ensure new processes and procedures are clearly documented.
  • Using a mixture of Agile and ShapeUp methodologies you will drive digital product and web development projects, including timelines, from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with our UX resources on Concept Work, Wireframes, Comps and Prototypes.
  • Work closely with our software engineers to ensure the product can built accurately and on time.
  • Work with multiple departments to organize and execute collection launches on multiple websites throughout the year.
  • Document process flows, integration mappings and changes to supporting procedures.
  • Establish business and web success metrics with the analytics team, monitor results, and drive innovative improvement projects based on the data.
  • Plan and organize QA on managed sites and work with team to execute.
  • Own website vision and coordinate with multiple team members to translate business and brand goals into a cohesive web strategy.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in website strategy or digital product management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Wordpress CMS.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, Jira software and running scrum teams.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards. Experience with Google Analytics 4 preferred.
  • Experience with Wrike and Jira for project management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Team-focused with ability to work autonomously as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where multi-tasking and adaptability are a requirement.
