The Role

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Trunk Show and Loaner Coordinator to join Essense of Australia to be a part of the Trunk Show Operations team. This position is responsible for the coordination and logistics that ensure all materials, trunk show gown sets, loaner gowns and physical resources are available for Trunk Shows and scheduled Loaner gown appointments, globally. This includes processing Trunk Show and Loaner gown requests, managing the schedule, tracking the gowns and sets, and problem solving for any issues that may arise throughout the process.

Responsibilities

What We Expect

  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of trunk show & loaner gowns & sets moving from one location to another effectively.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff in order to provide notice on materials arriving and leaving warehouse facilities.
  • Locate missing items as gowns & sets travel between locations and are returned to our facilities.
  • Participate and coordinate seasonal gown movement of inventory within the necessary systems, minimizing disruption to customers.
  • Process all trunk show and loaner requests that come through from stores and internal sales team.
  • Manage the scheduling of trunk shows and partnering with specific points of contact on the sales team.
  • Manage the scheduling of loaner gowns.
  • Track the movement of trunk show sets and loaner gowns on a daily basis, recording each move in order to maintain knowledge of the location of all materials.
  • Provide best in class service to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Proactively reach out to stores to encourage adherence to trunk show and loaner best practices.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise working to make clients’ responsibilities as simple and seamless as possible.
  • Communicate with stores before and after trunk shows to ensure successful execution and gowns are shipped on as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service, logistics planning or retail experience required. Previous bridal or apparel experience is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, including above average Excel skills with the ability to maintain detailed spreadsheets
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage projects with defined deadlines
  • Procedure and process oriented, efficiently processing requests with detailed follow through
  • Ability to adapt to change in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment
