Responsibilities and Duties:

The Marketing team is seeking a talented student to assist the Photoshoot Team in preparing new content – still photography and video - for our upcoming collection. Essense is looking for an intern with the ability to retouch, crop, and/or edit video and assist with the organization of all incoming assets. 

• Participate as a member of the crew in various photo and video shoots throughout the season
• Ensure color consistency between image and/or video assets
• Strong color correction skills, matching images/video from different shoots
• Perform quality assurance on all images/videos
• Complete basic-level retouching on images as directed by Sr. Content Manager
• Organize and review video content
• Upload assets to all content library tools used within the Marketing department
• Assist in naming and maintaining digital asset file/structure organization
• Responsible for completion of work to daily and weekly deadlines
• Ability to receive creative direction from Sr. Content Manager
• Proactive and able to show initiative
  
  

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate of a college-level Marketing Program or similar field
• High technical proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Premiere Pro)
• Strong retouching and/or video editing skills
• Proven ability to work efficiently to produce a high turnover of organizing images/videos
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines with extreme pressure and change
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Excellent eye for detail
• Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
• Previous experience working with editing images and/or video
• Strong understanding of color correction and/or photo/video organization
