The Design Operations Specialist will have impeccable attention to detail and accuracy and be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the company’s design timelines and collection planning. The Design Operations Specialist will work directly with the Vice President of Design Development and be a key contributor to the overall successful planning and execution of the design development department deliverables. The Design Operations Specialist is responsible for obtaining seasonal dates and requirements needed to plan the overall seasonal calendar, which in turn drives the company seasonal timeline. Another key role for this position is the creation of individual designer schedules, ensuring timeline communication and accurate execution. Other seasonal responsibilities include team international travel planning and bookings that involves communicating with our overseas manufacturing partners. *This position will work onsite Mon – Fri.*

The Business Development Representative will prepare, coordinate, and execute Designer Preview Trunk Show events with our wholesale stores, which includes testing of our new collection gowns, providing feedback and post-show reporting as well as gathering design and marketing insights and feedback from the store.   Most importantly, we are seeking vibrant individuals who are agile, passionate, and curious to roll up their sleeves to provide exceptional service and sales support to our wholesale stores.   The reporting location for this position is our company headquarters, located in Lenexa, KS. Relocation is not provided. Individuals in this position will attend a minimum of 20 Designer Preview Trunk Shows per year and be required to travel up to 50% of their time. This will include weekends.

With innovative designs and a strong customer service approach, Essense Designs is a dynamic and rapidly-expanding company that rewards excellence, drive, and collaboration.   The Role We are looking for a Social Creative Specialist to join our Social Media team in Lenexa, KS.  The Social Creative Specialist is responsible for owning the brand across their responsible social media channels. This includes the creation and curation of social media content to give a consistent look, feel and voice of the brand – aligned with the company’s vision of the brand – and agreed business objectives and growth metrics. The Social Creative Specialist will lead content creation and operation of social media channels, working closely with the Social Creative Manager and Strategy team to define objectives, execute content plans and build and maintain a successful social presence for the business The Social Creative Specialist will collaborate with other Social Specialists and Coordinators to look for efficiencies across the work, processes and shared content so all ships rise. Daily tasks will include: monitoring social media platforms, interacting with social media community, building social media calendars, creating and publishing compelling content, interpreting data and insights to improve channel performance, assisting with boosted/paid campaigns, creating presentations and liaising with internal partners and retail stores.
